Senior Clinical Project Manager

​I am working with an exciting, organisation who are looking to expand their small team and want an experienced Clinical Project Manager to join the team in a Senior role and help develop important protocols for their upcoming trials in Poland and across Europe. This position will involve leadership and Management of a small team in Poland. This is a great opportunity with a growing organisation who are very keen to identify a Senior Clinical Project Manager and will make the interview process short and smooth.

I am looking to speak with Clinical Experts who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Clinical Project Manager and have developed protocols for niche trials in the past for either a Clinical Research Organisation or a Pharmaceutical company. My client is offering an attractive financial package as well as the benefit of working from home anywhere in Poland.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinate and oversee project activities

• Manage and evaluate timeframes and budgets for studies

• Manage the vendors involved in the study

• Coordinate/participate in Investigator Meetings, Monitor Meetings and Project meetings

• May act as Clinical Project Leader for international projects

• Ensure that the enrolment curve is on track and take actions in case of under-performance
