RBW Consulting is supporting a pioneering biotech company developing next-generation therapies for severe autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. With a strong pipeline and a commitment to patient-centric innovation, this organization is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead and support global clinical trial execution.

🔍 The Role:

This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone with deep clinical operations experience and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You’ll be responsible for managing global Phase II/III studies, overseeing internal and external resources, and ensuring high-quality trial delivery across multiple regions.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational planning and execution of global clinical trials, with a focus European-regional support.

• Act as Clinical Project Manager (CPM) for assigned studies, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.

• Manage CROs, vendors, and internal teams to optimize patient recruitment, site selection, and study delivery.

• Contribute to protocol development, study design, and strategic planning.

• Participate in clinical data review and submission activities.

• Support SOP development and implementation across clinical operations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Finance, Quality, and Tech Ops.

• Represent the company at investigator meetings and external engagements.

• Provide strategic input into global studies and lifecycle planning.

✅ Ideal Profile:

• Life sciences or nursing degree (advanced degree preferred).

• Significant experience in clinical operations within biotech or pharma.

• Proven track record in managing EU/global Phase II/III trials.
