Role Overview:
As a Senior Validation Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring company processes, equipment, and cleaning procedures meet the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to the safety and efficacy of products. This role offers the flexibility to be based at either the Swindon or Newcastle site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute process validation, equipment validation, and cleaning validation activities.
• Develop and review validation protocols and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on validation practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits and inspections as the validation subject matter expert.

Qualifications:

• Strong previous experience in validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Broad experience in validation (including equipment, validation and cleaning validation)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to the company’s sister site.
• Must have full rights to work in the UK on a permanent basis
