​Are you fluent in social media? Are you able to work with clients to ensure that they understand the potential that their digital and social reach can have?

If you are passionate about social media and want to utilise your skills to help people better their lives by working in a dynamic healthcare communications agency, keep reading.

Taking your understanding of multiple social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and working directly with clients, you will assist them in understanding the importance of insights when implementing an effective social media strategy. Building relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will take responsibility for growing clients accounts and identifying growth areas.

With your creative mindset, you will work closely with the creative team to develop and write multi-channel content calendars, providing dynamic social media ideas and show stopping campaigns.

Typical responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with clients

  • Management of social media project finances; budget tracking, resourcing and staff allocation

  • Manage project progress and timelines

  • Drafting social media scope of works, contracts, presentations and creative analytic briefs

 Requirements:

  • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn savvy

  • Great attention to detail

  • Client focused and brilliant at building and maintaining client relationships

  • Ability to delegate work and ensure appropriate teams are allocated to projects

  • Clear communicator
