My client, a prominent HeathTech provider collaborating with leading life science organizations, is actively seeking a dedicated and driven Systems Analyst. In this role, you will engage with customers and various project stakeholders, including global healthcare experts, to gather requirements, comprehend business needs, and discern customer expectations. Your responsibilities will extend to developing user stories, collaborating with development teams, and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions within the healthcare sector.

As a Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with proficient development teams, contributing to the creation of diverse digital and medical device solutions tailored for the life science industries.

Key Responsibilities:

​

In the capacity of a Systems Analyst, your duties encompass:

​

• Engaging with customers and diverse project stakeholders, including global healthcare experts, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and discern customer expectations.

• Conducting elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements.

• Leading the translation of business and user requirements into user stories and system requirements.

• Managing backlogs and prioritizing user stories to optimize value delivery.

• Collaborating with the development team to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements and customer needs.

• Supporting the implementation of productivity-enhancing processes without introducing unnecessary complexity.

• Effectively communicating with clients and team members at all organizational levels to address complex business and process challenges, utilizing written, verbal, and visual communications.

• Proactively resolving issues within specified timelines, considering technology limitations, budgets, and resource constraints.

• Operating in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

​

To be considered for this role, you should have:

​

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing System Analyst role within large, highly scalable enterprise system projects, preferably in the Healthcare domain.

• 5 + years experience with gathering system requirements

• A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (proficient in Polish and English).

• Organizational and business awareness, including a customer focus and adept relationship-building skills.

• The ability to maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations.

Experience in any of the following areas is advantageous:

​

• UML and BPML.

• Defining medical devices, clinical, medical systems.

• Usability testing and customer acceptance testing.

• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO13485, and FDA certification requirements.
