A brilliant independent agency is looking for an Account Director to join their fully remote, UK team.

With deep expertise in traditional medcomms and medical affairs, this successful agency develops full spectrum, strategic programmes for big pharma across a spread of therapy areas.

They’re a collaborative team who love working on unique and important projects, and their innovative approach has led to significant growth over the last few years.

As Account Director you will lead tactical delivery for allocated accounts, manage budgets and oversee junior team members. You’ll be a confident lead for clients, set the standard for quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief.

This is a fully remote position. With teams in the UK and US, everyone in the agency works remotely with well-established channels of support and communication.

Requirements
  • Medical communications agency background to AD level, with knowledge across a variety of deliverables and therapeutic areas.
  • Line management experience with strong mentorship abilities.
  • Confident client facing and leadership skills.
  • Solid organisational, strategic and problem-solving skills.
