​Clinical Trial Lead / Associate Director, Clinical Operations

RBW is partnered with an innovative and exciting biotech company specialized in developing targeted therapeutics to deliver personalized treatments to patients with cancer.

Our client is currently seeking a Clinical Trial Lead / Associate Director who can collaborate with both internal and external team members and take ownership over the planning and management of assigned clinical trials. In this role, you will provide CRO and vendor oversight to ensure project deliverables achieve company goals for time, quality, and cost.

With funding secured for at least the next three years, our client has plans to increase their headcount for 2021 by 25%. By joining at such a pivotal time in the company’s growth, you will also have the opportunity to contribute towards the development of writing departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

As the ideal candidate, you will have previous success serving in a Clinical Trial Manager or Associate Director position, with a degree in life science or related and 5+ years of experience working in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO space.
