Manufacturing Engineer role:


As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes that meet high-quality standards. You’ll collaborate across departments to bring new products from concept to production, ensuring they meet both customer expectations and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Lead and support cross-functional project teams from concept through production launch.
  • Analyze equipment and workflow to maximize resource utilization.
  • Design and implement automation solutions and custom tooling.
  • Participate in DFM, DFA, and pFMEA activities.
  • Create process documentation including flow diagrams, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Conduct IQ/OQ validations and support product/process qualifications.
  • Train technicians and operators on new equipment and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies.
  • Present data-driven insights to support decision-making.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within plastics or medical devices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience designing custom fixtures, tools, and automation solutions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
