This is an opportunity to join the senior management team of a strategically-minded, ambitious agency. With a focus on business growth, client acquisition and strategic leadership, you'll play a central role in expanding their portfolio of high-impact healthcare campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading business development efforts - identifying leads, leveraging your network, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships

• Building relationships with global pharma and healthcare clients across therapy areas including respiratory, women's health, dermatology, vaccines and oncology

• Shaping and overseeing multi-market communications strategies across corporate, patient advocacy, internal and brand comms

• Collaborating with senior leaders on agency growth plans, positioning and capability development

• Getting hands-on; contributing to strategy, content and delivery alongside the team

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Director in a healthcare PR agency

• Strong experience in seeking and winning new business - you love the excitement and chase of this!

• Expertise in branded comms, corporate reputation and patient advocacy
