Feasibility Manager

​In support on my European client who are a data-driven and quality-focussed clinical CROI am looking for an experienced Clinical research professional to join this exciting and progressive team as a Feasibility Manager.

The role

Focuses on data driven estimates, benchmarking assumptions, robust scenarios & accurate planning, partners with colleagues in Clinical Operations to develop and deliver rapid, accurate and robust assessments of protocol and country feasibility.

Oversees the site identification and site feasibility process, and advises on timing of key start-up and recruitment milestones in support of operational planning and strategy for complex clinical trials.

To lead and manage the process of clinical project feasibility to support the proposal teams by assisting Business Development with the generation of cost proposals providing input and advice relating to operational strategy; supporting client interactions.

To perform as technical expert in Feasibility process for internal and external clients and to provide strategic input to Clinical Operations and Business Development Operation.

To lead and manage the process of clinical project feasibility by managing and being accountable for the delivery of all awarded projects.

What You Need

Must have 3 years relevant experience in drug development with 1 years experience in conducting at least one of the following: pre-award feasibility, post-award site identification / site selection / recruitment planning for global studies or have exceeded performance in the role of Global Feasibility Associate.

Other requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline or equivalent related qualification;

- Bid defense experience is preferred;

- Fluent English;

- Planning and organizational skills;

- Result-oriented;

- Team-working oriented.
