​Finance Director – Germany 🇩🇪

We are currently seeking a Finance Director to join Europe’s largest diagnostic imaging and radiopharma business, as it enters an exciting new phase of growth across Germany and Northern Europe. This newly created role is the most senior finance position in the region and will act as the right hand to the Managing Director, who oversees all imaging and radiopharma operations.

The business has grown its EBITDA by 30% over the past two years and is now focused on expanding its German operations through strategic mergers and acquisitions. With 8 legal entities across 4 geographies (Germany, Poland, Austria, Netherlands), this role offers significant autonomy and influence in shaping the financial future of the region.

We are looking to connect with finance professionals who are ready to step into a high-impact leadership role and contribute to the continued success of a business that is transforming healthcare delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Set and drive the financial strategy for the region

• Lead a talented finance team and oversee centralised procurement

• Ensure robust financial governance and performance

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies

• Champion innovation and commercial growth across public and private sectors

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with a strong academic foundation

• Proven leadership in complex, multi-site environments

• Experience in M&A, VAT-exempt businesses, and capital-intensive operations

• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Fluent German and English
