The Role
As Pricing & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability and competitive advantage through intelligent pricing strategies and insightful analytics. You’ll work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with market dynamics and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement pricing strategies across a diverse product portfolio
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to inform decisions
Lead pricing reviews and margin analysis to support commercial growth
Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to align pricing with cost structures
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance
Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar pricing and analytics role
Proven background in product manufacturing (FMCG or healthcare preferred)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Commercial acumen and strategic mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
