The Role

As Pricing & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability and competitive advantage through intelligent pricing strategies and insightful analytics. You’ll work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with market dynamics and business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies across a diverse product portfolio

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to inform decisions

  • Lead pricing reviews and margin analysis to support commercial growth

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to align pricing with cost structures

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance

  • Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar pricing and analytics role

  • Proven background in product manufacturing (FMCG or healthcare preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

  • Commercial acumen and strategic mindset

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
