Supporting a senior construction programme management team for an industry leading biopharmaceutical company, this position will provide a range of key support across the project.

The Project Controller and Administrator will work across cost analysis and contract reviews through to raising POs and producing report summaries. This role will require versatility and flexibility to support a multi-functional team deliver a multi-million pound expansion programme.

Given the wide scope of the project, this is a fantastic chance for further development in a cutting edge business. You will most certainly have an impact on the ability of the leadership team to deliver on time and on budget, so seeing the big picture is important.

You will most certainly gain exposure to different areas of the business and get the chance to work some very experienced individuals within the industry.

This will be site based for a 6 month contact, with a competitive hourly rate. There is significant chance for extension.

Experience:

​

• Either degree (or equivalent) educated in a relevant course or comparable experience in industry undertaking similar duties - both would be ideal, but not essential

• Any experience in the construction sector is a nice to have - and if it’s in pharmaceutical construction, that would be a bonus

• Highly proficient with MS Excel

• Comfortable with data and numbers

• String attention to detail

• Confident in working in a fast pace environment and interacting with multiple stakeholders

• Any exposure as a QS would be nice to have but is by no means essential
