What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in healthcare communications, with a strong background in an agency setting
Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing high-profile accounts and delivering results
Expertise in PR, communications, and marketing, particularly within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
Strong client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and provide strategic counsel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
Experience developing and mentoring junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
A relevant degree is preferred, but not essential
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the strategic direction of client accounts, overseeing the development of innovative communications strategies
Managing a portfolio of high-profile healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional service and results across all projects
Leading and mentoring account teams, supporting their growth and ensuring high standards are maintained
Acting as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing strategic advice and managing client expectations
Overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the smooth delivery of client campaigns
Leading new business development efforts, including proposal writing, pitching, and networking to drive agency growth
Staying up to date with industry trends and ensuring clients receive cutting-edge advice and support
