What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing the development of creative healthcare campaigns from strategy to execution.

  • Providing strategic counsel to clients, ensuring communications drive engagement and impact.

  • Managing budgets, timelines and resources – ensuring seamless project delivery.

  • Collaborating closely with the creative team, so campaigns are both scientifically sound and visually appealing.

  • Building strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.

About you:

  • Currently a Senior Account Manager or an experienced Account Manager ready for that next step.

  • Healthcare/Pharma advertising agency experience.

  • Strong understanding of creative, strategic, and digital workflow processes.

  • Ability to develop written briefs for creative projects.

  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets.

  • A natural problem solver, with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions.
