Senior Digital Communications Manager

You will be taking a lead role in delivering strategic and tactical digital projects that genuinely make a positive impact in the healthcare sphere and for patients and people across the globe. Typical Responsibilities:

• You will be hands-on and provide end-to-end project management support, from scoping through to design and full implementation of works.

• Daily contact with digital accounts, ensuring clients are regularly updated.

• Ensuring the teams provide quality projects on time, within budget and on brief.

• Highlighting and pursuing new opportunities with clients.

• Producing documentation supporting the digital campaign projects – resourcing plans, risk logs, client/project budget reports.

About you:

• You are experienced in managing digital communication projects with values greater than £500k.

• You hold a professional project management accreditation (PMI, APM or Prince2) and are experienced with digital campaign projects and implementation methodologies.

• Familiar with multiple technology platforms – search, email, digital display media, etc.

• You are a team player and can communicate across teams, motivating and mentoring junior team members.

• Outstanding client relationship skills – going above and beyond and forging long-term, trusted relationships.

• You have the entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy the buzz and energy of working in an already thriving start-up business.
