I'm looking for an SMW for an international, mid-size agency who are currently in an exciting growth phase.

As experts in traditional medcomms, they develop full spectrum, strategic programmes for big pharma across a spread of therapy areas - lots of interesting work and some hugely exciting and important projects.

They're a collaborative and close-knit team where everyone works in partnership and writers are client facing and involved in strategy on accounts.

Headquartered in New Jersey, everyone in the agency works remotely with well-established channels of support and communication.

As Senior Medical Writer you’ll be responsible for the development of high-quality scientific content for allocated accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, liaise with internal teams, and help to develop junior writers. You’ll be joining a well-structured editorial team with plenty of senior support and expertise to help you excel.

You will need a strong scientific background and significant experience in a medical communications agency environment (ideally to SMW level), along with superb communication skills and attention to detail.
