​We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Client Partner to join a leading boutique agency that specialises in healthcare communications. This position is ideally suited for an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director who excels in the boutique agency environment. In this role, you will play a key role in strategic client management, driving growth, and building meaningful relationships within the pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management:

    Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on key therapy areas such as Sexual Health, HIV, other blood-borne diseases, Public Health, and Rheumatology.

  • Strategic Guidance:

    Help clients navigate complex stakeholder groups, key influencers, and policy landscapes.

  • Innovative Solutions:

    Collaborate with clients to design solutions that maximise their impact on the broader healthcare sector.

  • Quality Thinking:

    Foster high-quality thinking and effective work within the agency, supporting the account management team.

  • Organic Growth:

    Nurture existing client relationships and identify long-term partnership opportunities.

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Lead key accounts, providing direction to meet client objectives.

  • Team Development:

    Mentor and develop the client delivery team, promoting a culture of continuous learning.


About You:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 7 years in a healthcare communications agency/consultancy environment, focusing on client management and strategic planning.

  • Background:

    Strong expertise in client services, strategy, research, and planning.

  • Success Record:

    Demonstrated growth in client relationships and new business development, including leading pitches and closing deals.

  • Team Management:

    Experience in team development, emphasising excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Motivated Self-Starter:

    Proven track record of impactful results.

  • Senior Counsel:

    Ability to provide senior-level guidance to clients.

  • Education:

    Medical/Science degree preferred.
