Clinical Contract Specialist

Germany – Home based

In support of my client; a quality driven scientifically-driven CRO, I am recruiting for an experienced candidate  in clinical research who has experience in contracts. The Contracts Specialist role is home based, I am looking for an ambitious individual with the ability to demonstrate a customer focused style of communication, problem solving and collaboration as you will be joining a collaborative study start up team.  You will have the ability to negotiate Sponsor-approved contracts and budget directly with sites in accordance to pre-agreed negotiation parameter.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements and investigator grants between staff and German study sites.

Customize and prepare contractually binding site-specific documents in cooperation with  Legal.

Prepare the executable version of the contract and coordinate the signature process.

Update and maintain relevant tracking and filing systems.

Liaise with project teams and other  departments on site contracting and grant negotiation matters.

Qualifications

College/University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Prior industry experience in clinical research, ideally working as CRA or clinical research Nurse

Prior experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites is a plus

Full working proficiency in German and English

Communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
