​eClinical Project Manager - Remote in the UK

The Clinical trial process has seen some very large-scale changes over the years and no more than in the last 18 months during the global pandemic.

One of the biggest changes or shifts in how trials are run is the movement towards fully decentralised studies, where patients are not required to make visits to hospitals or research centres. This will of course have a big impact on increasing patient participation numbers and more and more Pharma and Biotech’s as well as CROs are starting to move to this much better way of conducting important studies.

To be enable companies to do this, the technology is so important and organisations that do not have the right tech are not going to be able to conduct these types of studies safely or securely.

I am supporting a leading company in this specialised area who have been going from strength to strength and are over a year ahead of their targets for the number of studies they are running for clients and the results they have been generating. Due to their continued success, they need talented, tech savvy and experienced Clinical Project Managers to work on their innovative studies and be the Clinical expert who liaises with the end client and the technology team to make sure that the studies are completed to the highest standards.

I am looking to speak with Clinical Project Managers who have a good 4+ years experience working in the industry and are very comfortable using the latest technology. Perhaps you have been working on a decentralised study and have been finding that the tech is not up to scratch, or you are feeling slightly held back by your current company and want to expand your skills in a more technology focused position.

You must have the below skills/experiences to be considered:

• Management experience to some degree, this position will have direct reports so experience of leading/managing a team is important.

• Understanding of Scrum and Agile Methodologies

• Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) technology platforms

• Clinical Research experience, ideally for a CRO, Pharma or Biotech but other areas of the Healthcare industry can be considered.

• Excellent communication and relationship skills
