Executive Medical Director - Oncology/Hematology

​A fast-growing biotech company with an impressive pipeline of oncology assets is seeking a physician-scientist to lead their clinical development team. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to drive the development of first-in-class therapies targeting solid tumors.

As the Executive Medical Director, you will spearhead early and late phase clinical development strategies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and work closely with leading clinical investigators and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Development, GI Cancers, you'll ensure that programs are executed within scope, budget, and timelines while mentoring and developing clinical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee clinical development strategies for oncology assets.

• Drive regulatory submissions and clinical study designs in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

• Serve as a key contributor to the overall asset and disease strategy.

• Present clinical development plans to internal governance committees.

• Play a central role in KOL interactions, advisory boards, medical meetings, and publications.

This position offers flexibility for remote work, with office space available in both the Bay Area and New Jersey.
