The organization

• Startup Biotech with a rapidly progressing pipeline, currently at Phase II
• Very exciting drug discovery platform, meaning x4 INDs planned for 2022
• Good visibility across the business and to senior leadership

The role

• East Coast Remote
• Reporting to CMO
• Head of data management function
• Contribute to development strategy
• Full accountability and the scope to mould the department
• Implementation of data standards and other departmental level process
• Broad accountability
• Contribute to strategic decision making
• Represent data management cross-functionally
• Consistently lead the evaluation and implementation of different technologies
• Oversight of outsourced work

To be considered

• 7+ years of clinical data management experience in the Pharma/Biotech/CRO industry
• Experienced in both hands-on as well high level oversight of data management
• Demonstrable ability to manage numerous projects concurrently
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple vendors
