Program Leader (Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences)

Location: Remote, USA

Our client is a rapidly growing and innovative biotech focused within the Oncology space. Due to their continual expansion, they require a Business Operations / Program leader to identify & recommend improvements in order to increase efficiency now and for the future - essentially acting as a COO within a particularly large business area with touchpoints all across the business. With offices on both the East & West coasts of the USA, this position can be on a fully remote basis with some travel to offices as and when needed.

This is a business-critical position that is responsible for identifying, organizing, and leading strategic business initiatives, whilst partnering with senior leadership on aspects such as planning budgets, setting goals, and prioritizing projects. You will champion the improvement of communication and collaboration across the business, whilst also developing a culture of learning, development, and continuous improvement. Starting off, you will be an individual contributor within the organization, before then building your own team. Sitting within the Regulatory Affairs division, due to the cross-functional nature of Regulatory, an understanding of the Regulatory function within drug development would be required.

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 Per annum + Bonus + strong LTI
