Senior Project Manager - Events

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's Projects Team and contribute to delivering innovative educational content within the health sector.

As the appointed Project Manager, you'll spearhead the delivery of promotional and medical education programmes, ensuring they maintain the highest standards of quality and deliver impactful results. From coordinating virtual and on-site events to overseeing educational content creation, your role will be pivotal in shaping the trajectory of our client's projects and commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of healthcare promotional projects, events, and educational programmes from inception to publication.

• Organise and manage educational content creation, including interviews, webinars, symposia, and peer-to-peer discussions featuring renowned physicians.

• Plan and execute publishing projects to ensure alignment with scope, brief, and budget parameters.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as account managers, medical writers, and marketing teams, to produce top-tier content for publication.

• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders.

• Foster transparent communication and uphold strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Experience:

• Experienced Project Manager in medical communications, events, publishing, or agencies.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects ideally within the health education sector.

• Degree qualified or equivalent.

• Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships, coupled with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and meet stringent deadlines.

• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
